Cocolora is constructed on a slope, resulting in nice unobstructed views from the porches of virtually all apartments. This location also causes the cooling breeze of the trade winds to flow through all apartments.

The resort has a large pool deck for communal use, decorated with colorful tropical landscaping. A deep well is used to utilize an underground water reservoir of approximately 75 m³, providing water for the pool and irrigation of the garden areas.

Cocolora unique in that automobile traffic is completely excluded within the boundaries of the property. The absence of cars keeps Cocolora a quieter, cleaner, and safer place of residence. Entrance to the resort is possible either through the personal garages or trough one of the common pedestrian gates. Garages and fences create an unimposing border that surrounds Cocolora, adding to the reliable security of the resort. Additionally, the apartments are provided with an intercom system to remotely open the gate for guests.
